After many years of collaboration and intensive preparation, neofone GmbH and netconnex GmbH in Germany are merging. From January 2025, they will embark on a promising future together as a strengthened team with the new netconnex GmbH.

What our customers can expect

In the new year, customers can expect the proven management team, which is made up of familiar faces from the previous management teams of both companies.

The existing contracts and service agreements of neofone customers will of course remain unchanged. The proven range of services will be continued in full and continuously optimised.‍

Neofone as a reseller and development partner and netconnex GmbH in Germany have been working closely together for many years. This cooperation has paved the way for strategically bundling the expertise of both companies: In addition to neofone's traditional and and successful IT consultancy business, which will be continued and expanded, both companies are pooling their extensive expertise in the areas of telephony, cloud products and secure online meeting solutions. With certified, GDPR-compliant services from German data centres as well as specialised managed services and call centre solutions, both companies are complementing their existing portfolios.
